50) Alligator 1/2 - One of the best mock "Jaws" films of all time... it needs to be seen
49) Monster Squad - It's been said about a thousand times on this board but it's still true to this day
Good news, Monster Squad is due to be on DVD sometime in the very near future.
48) Burmuda Depths
I've said this before on numerous B-Movie forums across the web, its high time this forgotten classic gets the DVD release it deserves.
47) Flash Gordon (1980)
46) Queen of Outer Space (1959)
45) Rocket Man (1997)
44) INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN :bluesad:
.....i think "HIM" fudged the numbers but we're on 44
43. JUST IMAGINE! (1930) A bizarre sci-fi musical set in 1980. Partly set on Mars, where they have big musical production numbers, too.
42. ISLAND OF LOST SOULS (1933) Charles Laughton and Bela Lugosi in what is perhaps the creepiest of the '30s horror films.
41. DANTE'S INFERNO (1935) Spenser Tracy as a dishonest businessman who owns a fire-trap carnival attraction based on Hell.
40. THE MAGNIFICENT AMBERSONS (1942) Orson Welles' mangled masterpiece.
39. THE LODGER (1944) The great Laird Cregar in John Brahm's remake of Hitchcock's silent film.
38. HANGOVER SQUARE (1945) Cregar & Brahms take two: this time with an amazing Bernard Herrmann score featuring the ten minute piano concerto Concerto Macabre. Cregar died as a result of studio-induced dieting before this was released.
37. WHITE WITCH DOCTOR (1953) Robert Mitchum and Susan Hayworth and Charles Gemora in his gorilla suit. Another great Herrmann score.
36. TWISTED NERVE (1968) Hayley Mills and Hywell Bennett in a controversial serial killer film. Did I mention yet another terrific Herrmann score (the whistled main title music was featured in KILL BILL)?
35. DODESUKADEN (1970) Akira Kurosawa's first color film. Unforgettable look at the lives of the inhabitants of a Tokyo slum. The film was such a finacial failure Kurosawa attempted suicide.
34.THE NIGHT DIGGER (1971) Patricia Neal (still recovering from her stroke) falls for an English serial killer. Too bad it doesn't have a spectacular Bernard Herrmann score - oh wait! It does!
<<<BUT MOST OF ALL>>>
33. NIGHT OF THE DEMON (1980) THe ultimate killer bigfoot movie! Bigfoot rips a biker's dick off onscreen (blood spurts from his crotch), rapes a mentally retarded hillbilly named "Crazy Wanda" and gets her pregnant, swings a guy in a sleepingbag around and around and impales him on a tree branch, and forces two girl scouts to stab each other to death with their scout knives!
The only movie I've seen where the opening credits roll over a blood-filled bigfoot foot print.
32. The Green Slime
31. The Giant Claw
30. Godzilla 1985
29. Mothra
28. Galaxy of Terror
27. Sorceress
26. Don't Be Afraid of the Dark
25. The Love War
24. Howard the Duck
23. Archer, Fugitive from the Empire
(I think that we are going to run out and need more than 50 slots.)

Do you mean the one in THIS (http://www.amazon.com/Ultimate-Collection-Tarantula-Incredible-Shrinking/dp/B000IV9CDM/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/002-7101171-1946412?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1178413592&sr=8-1) set?
31.) Twice Upon a Time (1983) I've posted about this one a couple of times before, but I've met very few people who've seen it.
30.) Shadowzone. Early Full Moon production that is pretty well done. For that matter, we need a re-release of the Puppet Master series.
29) Incredible Melting Man

Flash Gordon on August 7th and June 26th for Queen of Outer Space.

28) How about putting that old anthology series Monsters on DVD? I watched some episodes on YouTube, some prettty neat stuff. I'd shell out $40 for a box set.
27) The Deadly Mantis
26) Dr. Strange
25) The Collector
24) Deep Red (1994)
23) Colossus: The Forbin Project (a proper non pan and scan release)
22) Ghidrah, the Three Headed Monster
21) War of the Gargantuas
20) When Dinosaurs Ruled the Earth
Plus it would be nice to see anamorphically enhanced versions of the original theatrical versions of the Star Wars Trilogy and THX-1138. That'll probably never happen though.
19. The Navy vs. The Night Monsters
18. Invasion of the Saucermen
17. Spawn of the Slithis
16. Cult of the Cobra
15. Destination Inner Space
16. Island Claws
From TV, there's all the following:
15) Boris Karoff's Thriller
14) The Invaders
13) Science Fiction Theater
12) Blake's 7
11) Freddy's Nightmares
10) Friday the 13th: the Series
9) Land of the Giants
8) Darkroom
7) Tales From the Darkside
6) Doomwatch

Yes!!! I would almost kill for a good region 1 release.
5) The Quatermass Xperiment (on Region 1)

Amusingly, I noted that this is available on DVD as part of a Full Moon box set:
Full Moon Classics DVD Set (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000NNDCS6?ie=UTF8&tag=badmoviesorg&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=9325&creativeASIN=B000NNDCS6)
(The link gives me credit if someone buys it. If you would rather not, just click through to Amazon.com via your favorite website and search for "Full Moon Classics" under DVD. It should pop right up.)
4) Streetfight (AKA Coonskin) - My personal favorite Ralph Bakshi movie.
3) Multiple Maniacs - John Waters' first "talkie", and arguably the most offensive film of his career. It'd be nice to throw in the short Diane Linkletter Story as an extra.
2) Dark Obsession - An excellent psychological thriller starring Gabriel Byrne
I'm not selfish; I'll leave #1 to somebody else. Haha. Though as a notable mention, I'd like to see Robert Altman's Brewster McCloud see DVD release.
1) Gotta go with: Robinson Crusoe on Mars.
Great seldom seen litte sci-fi flick.
I have this on DVD...Pirate copy of course!
Paramount needs to get off its tail
Restore this movie and Release it!
QuoteMultiple Maniacs - John Waters' first "talkie", and arguably the most offensive film of his career.
"Lobstora" and the "Rosary Job".
What's not to love?
The "Carnival of Perversions" is one of my favorite sequences in any Waters film.
DIVINE VS. LOBSTORA

The list seems to have been completed, but here are three of mine:
House Of The Long Shadows
Sole Survivor (1970)
Crowhaven Farm
In big time agreement with ROBINSON CRUSOE ON MARS and I love that it ended up number 1 on the list.

Anchor Bay released both Alligator movies on a 2 pack on Region 2 DVD a while back if my memory serves me correct.
I agree that Alligator is great but I thought the sequel bordered being unwatchable.
BTW, and one movie that I really want on DVD is this one:
MEGAFORCE!

A full 2 disc set complete with a pristine anamorphic widescreen transfer, 5.1 sound mix, Barry Bostwick commentary track with Michael Beck showing up at some point to crash the commentary track in character, and a full 2 hour making of documentary on the film.

I've heard rumors of a special edition but haven't seen anything concrete. They apparently sell a bootleg here: http://www.monstersinmotion.com/catalog/product_info.php/products_id/6349 But if you already have the VHS there's really no point in purchasing this edition.
