Title: New Incredible Hulk movie in the works.......
Post by: respectmeordye3 on May 06, 2007, 04:10:39 PM
Let's hope it's better than the last one! Man that last Hulk movie was so bad that the 70's tv series kicked it's butt!

The worst thing about the last movie though--IMHO wasn't the effect or any of that--it was the mere fact that you really did not get to the title character until the movie was about over because they spent most of the time overdoing the origin story--everyone knows a superhero needs an origin story and putting it in the movie makes sense---but when you make the whole movie the origin story and only show about  60 seconds of the title character the movie is just pointless--not only that but the origin story in the last Hulk movie was just so booorrriiiinnng!

You might want to check out the Press and News Releases section of the board. I 've been posting info about this movie for the last month.

Regardless of whether or not the first movie was good or bad, making a new one so soon seems a trifle odd to me.

It seems like I was one of the very few people that liked the first Hulk movie.

While the CGI is hit or or miss up until the outdoor desert type scenes with the tanks and everything, after that point and most of the rest of the CGI, it's great.

Everyone that I talked to about the movie kept brining up the old television show and I just think that people couldn't accept a CGI Hulk when they were wanting Lou Ferrigno running around in dark green body paint.
