Title: Maybe I've been watching too many bad movies. . .
Post by: ghouck on July 15, 2007, 03:14:00 PM
But I just watched some of "Pluto Nash", and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. Don't get me wrong, it was really bad, but more in a good way than bad. The effects were cheesy, and the weapons looked like what they probably were: Toy guns painted to look like futuristic weapons. I didn't get much out of the story, but I thought I read it was a yawn-fest. It was a bit funny, fairly cliche' (who didn't see the trick used to get the bad guys to kill the bad Eddie Murphy coming from a mile away?), and it had some action, but wasn't boring (at least not what I saw). Probably the worst performance ever for Randy Quaid though. . .he didn't have much room to move though.

Don't be silly, of course you aren't, you're watching just enough!
