This is honestly one of the worst films a person can endure. Loads of low budget special effects not equalling anything resembling a theme for the film. Its films like this that make for the best reviewing experience.

I remember catching this on TV in the early 80's with my friend. He loved such films as much as me, so we were both excited to be sitting down in front of the TV one Saturday afternoon with our snacks and catch a film we had never seen before. Oh boy. Even then I noticed how the film was all over the place and made no sense. Grant's line of, "you know what this is don't you? It's a time-space warp!" struck me as stupid even then. In fact it struck me as being so over the top dumb that I have never seen the movie since, but that line and the film itself is rooted in my memory and won't go away.

lol...the whole movie is so unintentionally funny. If I could be a fly on the wall for one movie pitch this one would be high on the list. As said in the review, I bursted out laughing several times at it's idiocy.
Unfortunately, this is one of mine that I intend to rewrite soon - so I cannot read your review, but I got a kick out of the "You know what this is, don't you? It's a space/time warp!" line. The Vacuum Cleaner of Doom was another oddity that I just couldn't explain
The movie does not have any direction or purpose. It's like a bunch of special effects technicians got together and made a movie without the director knowing.
Andrew,
What device is the vaccum cleaner of doom? Would this be the thing I called a flying waffle iron with a photo lense attached?

I cannot see the pic (the USMC network blocks Geocities), but you describe the floating object perfectly. In my case, I thought it looked like a crazy flying vacuum that was armed with a disintegration ray. Why anyone would equip a flying vacuum with such a ray is beyond me, but I'm not in marketing.
