Egads! A new review?! Why yes, yes it is! :teddyr:
Radioactive contamination and/or genetic manipulation are the culprit in 1980's "Island Claws." The small island of Virginia Key is invaded by an army of angry crustaceans as well as one, giant, man-eating, roaring crab! While it isn't the greatest ecological horror flick ever made, I had fun watching this one.
Here is my review for ISLAND CLAWS (1980) (http://www.bmoviefilmvault.com/breviews/island_claws.html)!
Stay tuned for another new review within the next few days for Toho's "Space Amoeba" (1970)! And another new review toward the end of next week for "Beware! The Blob" (1972). :teddyr: :buggedout:
I have not seen this film in a looooong time. I so need to get the DVD-R.
Well if you do, just let 'em know that Jordan sent ya. It won't get you a discount or anything, but I'd like them to know that I have sent some business their way. :teddyr:
I was searching for a review connected to this site for this movie, and saw this - shame it 404s now, I wanted to read it.
Hm, I never realized that this film was different from Attack of the Crab Monsters until now. I'll have to take a look at it.
