Because sometimes I really don't feel like writing page after page about movies as useless as this one. . .

I have yet to see this film, but enjoy reading the reviews about it. Is that so odd?
Another thing I keep meaning to do is create a capsule reviews system for Badmovies.org. Been wanting to do that for a while; I just need the time to sit down and write the code. Maybe once January rolls around, I might have the time. Probably not, but maybe.
I found that creating another blog for this purpose was my best option at the moment since I'm not sure how to work briefer reviews into my current site design. Blogs are a heck of a lot easier to maintain as well. . . and I'm all about ease of maintenance these days.
And it really is a terrible movie, but fun I imagine if watched while hammered. Let this one live on in infamy as a film for those who need trash to roast while sitting around with their friends.
Kindest regards,
Kevin P.

The primary two things I've heard about The Wicker Man remake are that a) it's unbelievably misogynist, and b) it's one of the most unintentionally hilarious movies around.
I kind of think it might be a fun movie to kill a bottle of Cuervo Gold to.

That would be cool, people could maybe be able to leave comments along with a ranking of some sort so that people could quickly see what others think about a particular title.

More boring than odd, if you ask me. I can't think of any other recent film (much less a thriller) that bored to death as much as his one. Despite this, there are some particularly cheese moments towards the end, specially those regarding Nicholas Cage readiness to beat up women and the outfit he chooses.
And yes, the final minutes distile as much misoginy as the whole Sergio Leone filmography.
