Title: Hunk (1987)
Post by: ghouck on September 18, 2007, 11:35:28 AM
I was looking for this movie, and couldn't find it at our local, crappy video store (the only one within 100 miles).
Anyways, I remember watching this when I was in high school, and liking it, but I remember NONE of my friends liking it. I only vaguely remember it, therefore I believe it was either a cheap T&A flick, or it was good because I was watching it with Mary Jane. Either way, do you all think it's worth tracking down? Thanks, Greg.

If you mean Hunk (1987), I own a copy of this movie, but I've never watched it.  If you want, I can send you this copy.  PM me and we can set something up.  However, it's an old VHS tape, and the movie is now available on DVD.

I've seen parts of it on USA Up All Night about fifteen years ago, so I don't remember much about it other than it being a cheap T&A flick.  I'll try and watch it sometime this week and let you know what I think.

Yes, that's it, 87, not 97, and, I meant for this to go in BAD movies. . I appreciate the offer, but I don't have a VCR any more.  Just the verification that it's a cheap T&A flick makes me think I'll scout out a copy the next time I'm in Anchorage, maybe hit the pawn shops. Thanks, Greg.

Edit: Fixed incorrect title date. .

Didn't this movie have the same guy who played the cop in Killer Klowns From Outer Space?
The one who used his badge to puncture the big clown's nose at the end.

If so, I vaguely remember watching this film years ago.

The Wikipedia shows John Allen Nelson as playing "Hunk Golden", and also having a part in KKFOS, which almost has to be the blonde cop dude (It's not the couple, and he's definately not to be confused with John Vernon).
