This is on a Midnite Movies double feature DVD with THE EARTH DIES SCREAMING.
A small group of people are sedated and flown by helicopter to a bomb shelter 1,700 feet below the New Mexico desert. A pre-recorded video on a huge monitor informs them that thermonuclear war has broken out and they have been selected by the government as survivors who will carry on the human race. To complicate matters, hundreds of bloodthirsty vampire bats get into the shelter and start tearing everyone apart.
My major question is this: If you could choose a small group of citizens to re-populate the planet after a nuclear war, would you choose people like Jackie Cooper, Richard Jaeckel, Alex Cord, Bradford Dillman, and Lincoln Kilpatrick?????
There is no hope for humanity . . .
I remember eeing this years ago on TV.....I enjoyed it pretty much at the time. I always liked Bradford Dillman...I wonder what ever happened to him?
I think he's retired. He's 77 years old!
Boy...now I feel really old...seems like he was a guest star (usually a bad guy) in almost every other episode of BIG VALLEY.
except for what?
if you hadn't put the other pictures i would have thought it was a batman movie
Another one that I haven't seen yet. These are forogotten type films.
