Title: Good, free programs for obtaining movie screenshots from DVD?

I used to do it with Windows Media Player they cut it out of the version I updated to.  For what reason, God only knows...

Anyway, I really want to get some screens taken, and can only find "trial" programs.  Anyone know of any that are absolutely free?

The VLC media player is everything you need.

I got PowerDVD and interViewer (interactual) for free somewhere on a dvd. I will look, but I am pretty sure that some DVDs have free movie viewers on em. Then again I could be wrong, but I will check when i get home.
