The latest Videoscope lists two new release DVDs that sound really bad: but are they entertaining?
From the review of FRANKENSTEINS BLOODY NIGHTMARE (2006): "You know a movie is bad when the best blurb the distributor can put on the case is 'A CULT ITEM.' Frankly, if I hadn't read the case synopsis, I wouldn't know what was going on in this stylistic mishmash of digital distortion... By the way, theres no Frankenstein." Reviewer gave it * of ****.
From MUSTANG SALLY'S HORROR HOUSE (2006), a feminist (?) horror film set in a brothel: "...the script isn't strong enough to carry off this twist in a fully satisfying manner and disintegrates into complete absurdity by the end (though the absurdity remains interesting.)" *1/2
Anyone checked either of these out?
