rated pg? The 70's were more liberal than I thought. At the same time, it's sort of clever, drawing attention to the story a la "The Baby" rather than any superficial gore or sex. This was a very good horror movie with some truly chilling scenes, despite the rating. How do you stop a guy who kills people with his thoughts? A little clumsy acting and writing doesn't detract much and it moves along at a good pace. Classic horror afficianados take note: there is a shower scene that is on par with "Psycho".
I, too, think is a minor forgotten gem.
I first saw this double billed with HOMEBODIES in the 70's. Whatta cast! A highlight for me: when Neville Brand gets his arm jammed into the meat grinder! And Julie Aadams still looks great almost 2o years after CREATURE from the BLACK LAGOON!!!
that was awesome. i can't even remember why he killed that guy.
was she the nurse?? the whole sequence with her teasing the old guy and the shower was amazing
Naw...Julie was the cops girlfreind! How can you not recognize those eyebrows?
Here's the trailer...you can see here at the end....
