Assuming you are in the United States (I do not know about its availability overseas), catching a VHS on Ebay will be your best bet.

There's a R2 (UK) DVD and, maybe, a R4 (Aussie) DVD. The review linked to should list available formats near the bottom of the page.

For R1 there has, sadly, been no DVD release of this title AFAIK.
