Yes, but Caroline Schlitt is a goddess - they HAVE to bring her back.

Keeping Gilbert while dumping Caroline was a dumb move. I can't stand his voice.
The first time I saw SATAN"S CHEERLEADERS was on UP! All Nite! I like Gilbert...he's an honarary Ramone, ya know! :teddyr:

I don't know why they'd dump her. I still liked it though, even with him.

I saw that on there too.
I wish they'd have that show on nowadays.
I think Carolyn left to do an American version of a Japanese game show, and they made about two episodes.
Hmmm. I've read that she left to get married and start a family, or something along that line. Basically, she no longer wanted to be part of the Hollywood scene in any way, shape or form.
Godspeed to her, either way. I 'loved' her back in the day. For those of you that know what a finger plan is, she was mentioned in mine on the UNC Computing Center's system back in grad school.
Yes, I am a science nerd, and I admit it. :bouncegiggle:
One of the funniest things that I ever saw on USA Up All Night was when they took some porno that had Ron Jeremy in it, edited out all of the sex and then broadcast what was left of the plot type scenes. It was only about 30 minutes long and it was always great as they would lead right up to the sex scene and then cut to the "plot" scene after it.
The effect was really quite gut bustingly hilarious.
I loved them because they ran The Firesign Theatre's "Nick Danger and The Case of the Missing Yolk" not once but many times -- Remember the song "Raaa -aat in a box . . . We fry what you won't touch!"? That was them --
They also ran out-takes from McHale's Navy, featuring Joe Flynn & Earnest Borgnine swearing & flubbing their lines & making gay jokes, along with Warner's Private SNAFU cartoons from WW2, along with Porky Pig swearing from the "secret" Termite Terrace in-house reel --
Just a wonderful outlet --

PJ/DC, not sure but I think you're confusing USA's UP ALL NIGHT with it's predescessor, NIGHT FLIGHT (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Night_Flight_(TV_series)). Both shows are greatly missed but NIGHT FLIGHT was the more adventurous show that featured all the bizarro shorts and clips before it turned into just another music video showcase and was replaced by UP ALL NIGHT.
