I think that you might be looking for "Girlfriend from Hell," though it has been too long since I watched it and I am not certain if it has the football of death in it.

Nah, that stuff wasn't in Girlfriend from hell - though that movie was brilliant.
What about "Midnight Offerings?" I came across this one and thought of this movie search. It sounds promising and the IMDb comments make it look like a possible candidate. Has anyone seen it?

I saw this made for TV movie. I cannot remember it all but I do remember that one actress is from the Waltons and the other from Little house on the praire. It is a good versus bad theme and both highschool girls fight over a guy. I do remember a scene with both girls fighting what looked like woodshop and making things fly off the wall trying to hit each other using their witch magic as they were both witches. I never seen it since and seems nowhere to be found to buy or rent. Another rare MFTM was Bermuda Depths. Over the years i've searched around and i find that there are people who are willing to pay for this rare stuff to get released so in a such a money hungery world whoever is in charge are losing out bigtime. Those Made for Tv specials back then just had something special even if they seemed silly. Over the years just not the same from my view point. Anyway, for me i'd like to see this again.
