Check out this article at Damn Interesting. Even if you don't want to read the whole thing at least take the Pseudo-Scientific Psychopath Detector test.
It has a link to get a copy and pastable set of results.

Probable diagnosis = Non-psychopath with criminal leanings
Hmm....
Relatively Normal....what the hell...I wanted to be a psychopath! Hey...isn't "normal" a relative term anyway?
First!
Err, ignore that comment. Yes, it doesn't mean anything, come on, be a pal and forget it.
Really, I only got "Non-psychopath with criminal leanings" as well.
Now, I just need to find that ^&@%#! who wrote that story. Let's see, where is my hatchet. . .
If I had taken this test 10 or 15 years ago...I would have done much better! I promise I would have!
Relatively normal. Who will be the first BadMovies.org psychopath?
"Relatively normal;" WTF!
"Relatively normal" - that is exactly as insulting as "mostly harmless"!

Good to know I'm not the only one Raj.
I'm relatively normal, but changing one answer was enough to make it non-psychopath with criminal leanings. I'm just barely on the relatively normal side, which seems about right.
"Non psychopath with criminal leanings." I would have marked 'sexual promiscuity' a YES...but I guess that would mean sex with other people.... :bluesad:
Non-psychopath with criminal leanings
It's what I got. Yeah, I could kill somebody, but I don't think I would, or maybe I would.. I dunno.
Moderately psychopathic
Well, being a republican with artistic leanings is a very difficult balance.
Relatively normal.
Non-psychopath with criminal leanings. I could imagine people trying to prove this test wrong by murdering and eating the corpse......
Gives me a idea....
Moderately psychopathic. Yay for me :teddyr:
Doesn't surprise me at all.
Thank-you for that, trekgeezer. That was really an interesting article. While I have always realized, that some of the greatest film villains and villainesses can be considered to be psychopaths (i.e. Lady Sylvia Marsh (Amanda Donohoe) in "Lair of the White Worm,") what I did not realize was that some of the greatest heroes can also be psychopaths (i.e. James Bond (Daniel Craig) in "Casino Royale.") I would also recommend reading the comments at the end of the article. They are quite interesting as well.
According to this I'm a Non-psychopath with criminal leanings.
I need to remember this to put on future job applications! :tongueout:
Probable diagnosis = Moderately psychopathic
You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? You talkin' to me? Then who the hell else are you talking... you talking to me? Well I'm the only one here. Who the f**k do you think you're talking to? Oh yeah? OK

Hey-I coulda told you that...and I'm not even a shrink! :twirl:
Mine says "moderately psychopathic". :buggedout: :buggedout:
When I studied here www.tut.ac.za (http://www.tut.ac.za), my nickname was "The Mad Rhodesian". Now I know why.
:teddyr:
Just another boring non-psychopath with criminal leanings. Think the test is a bit flawed when it comes to criminal leanings, since just about everyone is getting it?
I'm concerned about all those here who are claiming to be "normal."
Ha!
Those who claim normalcy very rarely are.
I need no test, the mighty Patient7 knows he's insane!!!! :twirl:
The link wouldn't work for me but nah, I been tested by the best and I'm the opposite of a psychopath, I show extreme empathy to the point of psychosomatically feeling another person's suffering. For instance one time I stun-gunned a man in the balls and I swear later I felt his pain and I don't even have balls.
So are you a psycho? Here, new one question test:
Patrick Bateman is your hero, yes/no.
There, wasn't that easy?
I could never have a man with such poor taste in business cards as a hero.

She's been tested, she's good. There was just evidence and suspicions.
M'dear. You know you got balls.

I love when Audrey Hepburn sings that song. She almost makes mouldering in an obscure Illinois graveyard sound inviting. Poor girl thought it was Moon River though and nobody corrected her. Happy accidents, as Bob Ross used to say.

Psycho-path? Dude, you're more like a psycho-boulevard!
"We all go a little crazy sometimes- haven't you?"-
Norman Bates- PSYCHO (1960)
I'm the worst of both worlds, having sometimes done bad things and then felt awful about them later. I used to envy the vampires in The Vampire Diaries who could turn off their feelings at will. Or Vulcans. Me, I torment myself endlessly analyzing my behavior, maybe learning, maybe not. What have I learned? That my default setting seems to be slightly amoral, polyandrous, insecure, apocalyptic, desire-driven, and only my acceptance of the concept of the golden rule guides my compass in a better direction than my instincts would take me. Still, I do think I've done more good than bad. I hope.

I convinced the surgeon yesterday to remove my birthmark without any local anesthesia, something she was extremely reluctant to do, and doing it left her sweating and shaken (me too). Voluntarily getting a fingernail-size hunk of your back carved out without pain killers is at least a little psycho, innit?
Certainly masochistic.
As a rule I don't react well to local anesthetic, but I also.... I don't know. I admit it hurt worse than I thought it would.
