Watching the clip from Space Mutiny set me thinking about one of the defining characteristics of a true evil character: diabolical laughter. For me, the absolute champion is and remains Count Zarth Arn.
Any challengers?
Skeletor on He-Man comes to mind . . .
Ming the Merciless in the Flash Gordon serials w/Buster Crabbe . . .
peter johnson/denny bwah ha ha ha!
Tom Cruise :teddyr:

Though Vincent Price's laugh here (http://www.yousendit.com/transfer.php?action=download&ufid=622524F445D5152B) is really good. Vincent Price always had a great evil laugh.
Can you dig it?
Mmhmhmhmhmhmh

Does anyone remember Pinky and the Brain? If I can remember correctly, I think The Brain had an evil laugh.
Yeah, I gotta say Ming the Merciless. He sticks out in my mind as a good laugher.
