Title: hardcore or softcore shown in horror movie made in early eighties

hi everebody in this forum...

some time ago, i watched an usa horror movie (probably a teen slasher made in eighties) in which a scene showed a teen lad watching a tv in which appeared a guy examining a girl in what it seemed a scene set up to evolve in porno..., i rememeber the guy in tv wore a sunglasses bag attached to his belt...., he touched the girl here and there and then the girl undresses..., at this point the clip stops because the lad watching it leaves the room...,. ey..., anybody know the title of the movie in which appear this shown tv clip?

lol!seriously,that sounds like a story from the anthology movie"the tenement"..i think..i have too many anthologies....(yeah,right,bear!)
