Must've been in Lecter Hospital.

What's the problem? Were the Fava beans cold, or the Chianti vinegary? Human tongue is good. Er, so I've been told.
I've had it--that is cow and not human--in sandwiches. It tastes good, but it is weird looking. I've also seen it sold in the meat department of the supermarket. Again, cow and not human. It looks just like you'd think it would.
On a side note, perhaps the patient marvelled on how much better it tasted than traditonal hospital food.
