Title: An early 80's animated short video

OK, let me give you what I can remember. This video was basically a managerie of various video games of the day. It flowed in a stream of consciousness manner. From what I remember the art was all of the same style and it was animation not clips. I think that this played on HBO between movies (back when HBO played music videos to fill time between movies). I remember one scene was a silver surfer looking guy firing pinballs at space invader type space ships. I can't remember the music, but I think it was funky electronic music.

Any ideas?
