I'm less worried about what the nurse is going to do with the ice cream (or is it mashed potatoes) than what that clown's gonna do with that plunger/dildo looking thing. :buggedout:

This is actually a deleted scene from that Simpsons episode where Homer really wants to join the circus and starts halucinating. It came as an epilogue from Maggie's point of view, in order to show she's been bitten by the same bug.
