You could always write your own review for it and post it in the Reviews section of the board. Or, you could write a review for it with the badmovies.org requirements and submit it to the Reader Reviews section to see if it can actually make it onto the site. Or, you could even start your own site dedicated to the movies that you want to see reviewed (like I did [shamelessplug]tombofanubis.com (http://www.tombofanubis.com)[/shamelessplug]). Otherwise, it's kinda rude demanding that Andrew review a particular movie you want to see on the site when the man's got literally thousands upon thousands to choose from. :tongueout:
I will probably get to this one sooner or later, but not sure when. It is horrible, and not in a good way either. Anubis' suggestion that writing a reader review for it is a good one. I've been working hard to post at least 2 reader reviews every month (on the front page).
My problem is that there are far more movies to review than I will ever have time for before I die (even if I live to 100). Still, I'll keep writing.
Yes I agree life and movies tend to fly by with limited time for every movie. I didn't mean to sound rude (I don't think i did)
I think of this site as a lasting homage for movies that people of a different taste enjoy.Your reviews are unique and very FUN to read as is this web site.
Keep up the enjoyable reviews and articles.
Most of the movies you review can be bought for .99 cents or can't be found at all!! cause nobody cares! But you do! and i fit in here. There's something in us all that likes these movies mostly to keep retro alive and wake up film makers a bit.
Especially in the horror genre they spend millons to make politically correct, noisey, predictable garbage. That is why i like Old and low budget films best.A certain amount of gall is involved like 'who needs big money'?
Even a certain Flix mail rental is limited No 'Green Hell' Cmon. i enjoy the 100 pack movies you can get at Best Buy.(under 30 bucks)

I saw this one as a double feature with The Wasp Woman recently. I must say that it was a fairly painful experience, but Monster From Green Hell has some pretty hilarious moments. The volcanic eruption sequence and the sounds of the dying mutant wasps were pretty great.

I hear that. My list of movies I want to review is now over 13,000, which makes me wonder why I bother keeping track.

Dear Shadow --
That's a very amusing review -- unfortunately, it has had the opposite effect and now I want to see the movie more than ever, because of your warnings -- Few things do it for me like bad giant bugs . . .

Hey, that review gave pretty fair warning. However, if anything, "The Monster from Green Hell" is even worse. The monsters look like killer Cootie Bugs (and move just as convincingly).
I'm still waiting for Andrew's take on Wrong Turn. Any movie involving West Virginia and inbreeds (seems redundant, huh) ought to be on his A-list.

I'm still considering either a "Gator Bait" or "Southern Comfort" for my next weird backwoods inbred film review.
But you did remind me to put "Wrong Turn" on the wish list. For some reason, I've forgotten three or four times. Must be a defense mechanism at work.

I'd recommend
Gator Bait. You at least have Janit Baldwin skinny dipping. Despite Claudia Jennings being in it, she keeps her clothes on.
Southern Comfort is kind of a watered down
Deliverance meets
The Creeper, minus 'squeal like a pig'. At least Peter Coyote gets killed early, so he doesn't have many lines or screen time.
