Title: Mazes and Monsters: It's a Far Out Game!
Post by: clockworkcanary on March 14, 2008, 02:22:36 PM
Here is a PDF version of Mazes and Monsters review.   I've edited it, added some links to youtube scenes, provided some Chick Tract samples on D&D, and referenced some source material for those interested.  I'll be watching the film again and adding more contributions.  Special thanks my co-reviewer for helping me with the observations and notes.

You'll need Adobe Acrobat to view it.  Sorry, but PDF is the only way I can completely control my formatting, font, spacing, images, etc., and yet keep it down to a minimal size.  Thanks for checking it out.  Hope you enjoy.

Thank you!  I just added a couple of youtube links.  If for some reason they don't work you can search for "mazes and monsters" on youtube and it should come up.

I highly recommend you watch this movie if you love D&D and bad movies.  Heck, even if you don't know D&D it's still an entertaining (yet painful) bad movie.

Edited to Add: there are links within the PDF that provide youtube links (and links to other anti-D&D propaganda) that may or may not open when you click them, depending on which version of Acrobat you are using.  I've found that having an extra blank/open web browser helps as it displays the linked page; sometimes it will display them in a new tab.
