After an early retirement from "Spider-Man", the Green Goblin was forced to make money other ways, specifically by licensing his head to "Toys R Us."

The new line of "Transformers" toys were a bit TOO realistic for most of the fanbase.

GG's Henchmen screwed up one day when they got drunk and shoved a giant plastic replica of their boss' head on their getaway truck. Afterwards they tried to rectify the situation by painting "happy toyz" on the side. Spider-man didn't buy it.
