last night i was surfing youtube looking for great movie trailers. i found this one clip that's supposedly a montage of scenes from a sega cd game based on the film! weird!

now, on top of that, the lone comment (at the time of writing) suggests that there was a remake that airs, or aired on sci fi.
???
has anyone else heard of this? are these people just making stuff up, or was there really a remake? was it any good? furthermore, was there actually a sega cd game based on the film?!
It's all BS. Never happened.
that's reassuring. as much as it might be interesting to see a remake, something tells me it'd get bungled, and nicolas cage would be in it, or something horrible like that.
I'm trying to get Rob Zombie to do a remake of Horror Express. I think that he's the only guy that's worthy at this point, and would do a great job.

That's seriously the most disgusting thing I've heard in ages. You're kidding right!? Rob Zombie took the Halloween-movies and raped them, especially his "Halloween II", where he replaced an atmospheric classic with a noisy, loud pathetic excuse for "horror" filled with totally unlikable characters. Even Dr Loomis was a total selfish a**hole in Zombie's version of "Halloween II". You're a disgrace to any true lover of the brilliant Horror Express to even utter the name Rob Zombie in the same sentence. If he manages to remake that film I will track you down and throw you on the first train to Siberia! You should be ashamed of yourself!!! :hatred:

I can't tell - it's kind of vague. Are you in favor of Rob Zombie doing a Horror Express remake or not?
Looks like this was Solved in the second post and then devolved into an unrelated debate afterwards.
