Title: Did the Indians encounter the Cloverfield Monster??????
Post by: indianasmith on May 05, 2008, 10:18:11 PM
Check out the bizarre flint effigy recently unearthed in Central Texas, and remember the terrifying scene near the end of CLOVERFIELD, when you see the monster head on.  The similarity is startling!!  Art imitating life, again???  :buggedout::teddyr:  :twirl:

Eccentric points like that are frequently found in association with Andice points in Texas, dating to about 6000 years ago . . . that's one of the more elaborate ones I've seen.  They were just practicing their deep notching skills.

One of the big name collectors bought it, I believe.

Reminds me of an object that'd be found at the beginning of a horror story. You were wise to pass it along. Checked in on the buyer lately? Head still on his body and all that?
