That appears to be a fan trailer for the (hopefully canceled) "Evil Dead" remake. that was announced a while back The huge number of misspelled words is a dead giveaway.

Raimi has expressed interest in doing an Evil Dead 4, though he also said that with all that he has on his plate it just isn't possible at the time.
