I could not find a former thread that involves introducing ourselves so I took a risk and just did one (ya I'm a rebel LOL )
Well my name is Hope (yes that is really my name) my love for bad movies started as a child watching mystery science theater 3000 because I was so impressable at the time I have a natural habit of making my cometary to movies as I watch them! Then after years of annoying fellow movie goers in the theater with me with comments I became friends with someone that does the same damn thing only her commentaries go to the R rated humor where mine is PG-13. But twice a month we get together with head sets and record our commentaries I have just recently started posting them on You Tubes. Now I am a video production major and have worked from film, stage, and newscasting sets yet I am in this epic battle with audio editing with windows Vista (it hates most my video edit programs) but with every movie I have learn more with perfecting our audio editting and sinking it with the movie.
But anyway I will eventually give links to our bad movie watching soon
What movies we have done:
Flash (ahhhhhhhhh) Gordon (1970's one)
Horror Hotel (still have a few parts to post, but 1960's horror film that involves burning witch's though believe burring a prostitute would made the movie more intresting!)
Soon to come:
House on Hunted Hill (the original with Vincent Price)
Latter!!!! I will be visiting the capping room now!

I'm the black sheep of the family.
Welcome aboard, Hope! We have a pretty good mix of tastes here, everything from classic b-movies, to utterly horrible direct-to-video offerings, and plenty of weird cult films.
Welcome aboard Hope, you'll find a wealth of Bad movie knowledge here, some of these folks know obscure bad movie facts that is simply amazing. I've discovered 100's of movies I wouldn't have found otherwise without the aid of these bad movie fans.
QuoteFlash (ahhhhhhhhh) Gordon (1970's one)
It was actually 1980 that it was released. (Note my avatar) But that's cool.
Thank you For the correction in teh date! But still it had that left over 70's feel to it....musr of been the hair!
Love the avitar by the way I def need to pick one out soon!
Now is there a particular place I can post the you tubes form wise, I scanned through your instructions on how to post them, but I want to make sure which part of the form is good for them or does it not matter?
-Hope-
Welcome to Bad Movies Hope, this is a great site, glad to have you with us.
Hi, how are ya
Dear Hope --
Nah, people seem to stick the ol' YouTube vids in any ol' where, as long as they think it pertinent to the thread of discussion --
I've seen some mighty weird stuff brought over from there to here, so please do continue the tradition --

Actually, he's a good watch dog... keeps the trolls down. :bouncegiggle: His bark is worse than his bite, and if you pat his head, he'll wag his tail and lay down. :teddyr:
Welcome, Hope.
Badmovielovers welcome to the forum and we look forward to your Youtube productions.
I'm not in film school and haven't made any thing that could be considere a film yet, but have been experimenting with my Windows Movie Maker making small wacky features since last August. Here's a link to my Youtube Channel. Enjoy.

Indiana Smith, resident fossil wrangler and sometime theologian, welcomes you!
So tell me . . . have you ever seen a movie called NINJA BACHELOR PARTY?
I keep telling these guys it is one of the worst films of all time, but nobody believes me.

This is because you clearly haven't seen Dark Harvest 2: The Maize. Watch Dark Harvest 2 and NBP will look Oscar worthy. An untrained Marment with a Super 8 duct taped to it's fur could have produced better results.

Thank You for the warm greetings everyone! :twirl:
A very warm welcome from Down Unda (Australia)
We're all harmless nutballs here, so at the very least, you should find us mildly amusing. You might even learn a (useless) thing or two!
Useless things are only useless until the situation calls for it!
