I've become a fan of Richard Kelly's quirky 2001 cult hit. Probably one of the better teen schizo/time travel/near-miss plane engine disaster/six-foot rabbit flicks out there. I can't really see a sequel, though.

Well, hush mah mouth!!
Donnie Dark, along with Boondock Saints, two of my favorite movies, but two of the LAST movies I feel should have sequils made of. I wish they would just leave well enough alone.
I agree, DARKO doesn't seem to lend itself well to a sequel. I'll keep an open mind, but I don't have much hope for it.
Well, I guess it's official...

Weeell... at least they actually got Daveigh Chase to reprise the role, but still, the whole thing just seems gratuitous. Plus, it's not even being written by the guy who did the original, get the feeling some did a "behind the scenes" deal to get this made.

Maybe if I sit in the corner, cover my ears and go 'lalalalalalalallala' it'll go away...
