The gambling "reefer madness". This movie was really ahead of it's time. it's a tough talking, low budget and racy exploitation movie of the type they still make today. bored housewife gets lulled into degradation by a con artist after hours casino guy with the help of her female "friend" who's in on it. Soon she is hanging out at a dive with alot of mafia people taking endless shots passing out and waking up and being grouchy and moll-ish. because sin can transform you from a demure angel into one of society's ....bad...elements. it's hard to believe but true and this movie will show you how it can happen.
a bit of comic relief and a good deal of near nudity and implied sexual congress. some seriously half baked floor shows at the place reinforce it's "dive" label. holds up well
