The trailer -

This movie is awesome. You can actually see the whole thing on Youtube, because someone called 80rockforever uploaded it in 10 parts.

It features one of the greatest death situation one liners in cinema history.

I remember seeing that many years ago.  It wasn't too bad.  I seem to remember making it all the way to the end at least  :teddyr:

Some friends and I smuggled a bottle of booze into the theatre for this one. Made it quite enjoyable.

It's not as great as another Dolph Lundgren film from the 80s, "Red Scorpion", but that was probably his masterpiece. The whole thing is silly but fun. I mean, there are lots of hilarious deaths, interplanetary drug dealers (WTF?) and a rather funny turn by Brian Benben as the comic relief guy.

I just wish they had got  more mileage from the whole interplanetary drug dealers angle. Man, I wonder what kind of stuff studio suits were smoking back in the 80s. That must be the craziest idea for an action flick ever.

Yeah Neville, Red Scorp kicks ass! I like this film too, it was released in the UK as "Dark Angel"

I've got to say Red Scorpion didn't impress me that much. It was like a substandard Rambo affair.

I hear he was in an adaption of The Punisher, which according to a friend is awesome.

Yep, it's very funny. Grab it if you can, you won't be disappointed.

Standard action movie bad guys, but from space! Gotta love that.

I remember at the time thinking it was pretty clever. Steal a whole bunch of heroin, make it really concentrated, shoot a sh!tload of it into some poor shmuck, then harvest the big explosion of neurotransmitters. Then sell your customers the effect of the drug without the drug.

Of course, that assumes their biology is chemically exactly like ours (which I'm willing to accept), and that synthesizing the relevant substance or extracting it from their own people is somehow less practical than making an interstellar voyage and running all over a primitive planet for a couple of vials of the stuff (which I'm less inclined to accept).

By the way, if we're talking crazy Lundgren movies, I must mention The Peacekeeper, which also happens to mark the auspicious action-movie debut of Montel Williams.

"The Peacekeeper" rocks! I can't forget that car chase through several rooftops, among other crazy stuff.
