So i got this new cell phone and i need some cool free sites to go to to get free ringtones and wallpapers for it.
Please, no pay sites. I'm looking for free sites only.
Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

If you're willing to search around a bit and spend some time, you can find ways to create your own ringtones and download them to your phone. I use Verizon, and they have a somewhat good selection, but even if you do find a good song they take some completely random part of the song to use as the ringtone which doesn't sound good.
It's been a while since I've done it, but it's pretty easy. My current ringtone is the opening guitar riff of "Cracking Up" by the Jesus & Mary Chain. You're not going to find that anywhere on a paysite.
So look into creating your own. It's really pretty easy.
I'm not sure if your phone has a voice recorder but I said "answer me" into my phone and set it as a tone, it's good for breaking an awkward silence.
My phone does have a voice recorder.
I'll have to play around with it and see if i can come up with something funny.
Got any funny ideas as to what i could say?

Every thing I think of is rude and therefore completely appropriate to use as a ringtone. I might suggest simple things such as 'oi you fat mole' etc.
I mainly use mp3 songs I have on my computer. Two main themes I use are the Monkey theme song [funkalicious] and the She'Ra theme for the woman-friend.
How's it all coming anyways buddy? I'd call but the rates would just about bankrupt me! :wink:
I've just been putting my own MP3s from my computer over to my phone. At the moment, I have "Devil's Night Out" by Mighty Mighty Bosstones as my ringtone. Most phones now will easily connect to your PC and allow you to port over music to use as a ringtone....
