A blurry female alien causes havoc on a gang of baddies and their hostages. If she was looking for intelligence, I doubt the script would be a good starting point.

I saw this once when I was about seven or eight. Just once, mind you. Thirty plus years later, I still have not watched it again, despite owning the DVD for about three years now. That one viewing all those years ago really left an impression.
