Has anyone seen this? It is the movie being watched in the movie theater during the original blob.
It is available for free viewing and download at archive.org. It might be under the name, Dementia.
I guess it originally had no dialog when it was made under the name Dementia, but a narration by Ed McMahon (from the tonight show) It's the story of a confused women with a switchblade. The film itself has no speaking, except for the over the top narration! And trust me, I laughed my ass off listening to that!
I wrote it up for my website, if anyone is interested:

It was a lot better than I expected. Warning, it's wall to wall with a Jazz score.
I'd like to know what anyone else thinks!
Crud! I hadn't heard of this film until now for some dumb reason. Nice review, I'm going to have to check this one out.
I've been meaning to see this for ages (both versions). I read about it back in the 1980s in a nice little volume called "Incredibly Strange Films," and they made it sound like a masterpiece of low-rent surrealism. I seem to remember that it was impossible to find during the VHS era.
From reading other people opinions, most think it's a masterpiece or it's garbage
The big shmuck from ATTACK of the GIANT LEECHES is in it too!The great Bruno De Sota! I have always wanted to see this one as well. It IS the movie playing in the original BLOB....(If memory serves me....Bela Lugosi is also listed on the Marquee,as appearing in some kinda Spook Show...!)
Bruno was also the associate producer...and directed some great low budget classics-INVASION of the STAR CREATURES (1963),the BRAIN EATERS (1958)-a version of Heinlans 'the Puppet Masters'!, and FEMALE JUNGLE(1955). It's likely that he was the director for DAUGHTER of HORROR as well . He appeared in many of AIP's great classicks! Go Bruno!
