Thanks for the laughs.
07-08, the era of sucky outta the blue deaths :hatred: . I don't know much about Bernie but I know he's one in a long line of early departures that I wouldn't have seen coming for a long time... RIP Ledger, Winston, Mac...
Yeah, I expected Bernie Mac to be one of those comedians that wouldn't go away, and now we'll never have a Mr. 3000 Part 2
I was completely shocked when I heard about his death a few hours ago. What a bummer. I guess they'll have to cut "Uncle Bobby B." out of the "Transformers 2" script now.
Damn
I had heard that he had been hospitalized, I believe for pneumonia, but he was so young.
He'd had a bout a few years ago with pneumonia or a lung disease in general which took him a while to shake, and he still worked through it.
I liked Bernie Mac.
This is much too soon.
Well wishes to his family.
Wow, what a shock, really didn't expect to see this headline!
As usual the press over here seem to have ignored it, Heath Ledger was reported on for about 5 mins one night and Brad Renfro, Estelle Getty, Christian Brando, Kevin DuBrow and some other american celebs who passed recently were totally ignored. I don't get it. When James Brown died the news had a 1 min segment on it, but one radio station did play James Brown tracks all day on Xmas.
R.I.P. Bernie
This is almost surreal lately with untimely Hollywood deaths. Mack's stuff was funny and often underrated. RIP
What? :buggedout: This is the first I've heard of it. Talk about unexpected.
