Title: the EXECUTIONER(1978)
Post by: RCMerchant on August 17, 2008, 07:26:53 AM
Ever wonder whatever happened to Duke Mitchell, the Dean Martin wannabe from BELA LUGOSI MEETS A BROOLYN GORILLA?

Yeah...dumb question...I know...  ...Of course you have! Doesn't everyone?

I have a vhs of a movie called the EXECUTIONER...kind of a very
low rent version of GOODFELLAS. And it stars...why...Duke Mitchell! He and his buddy in crime start they're own little gang war,and eat. They're either eating or blowing people away. In the first 5 minutes of the movie they kill at least a half dozen people alone! A repeated line through out the film is "Today we eat, tommorow we kill!"

Words to live by.

The music is great...by the way!  :drink:

It also is known as MASSACRE MAFIA STYLE

Anyone else seen these insane Mafia movie?

There is a trailer for this on one of my DVDs . . . I can't remember which one, but I think it's one of my blaxploitation movies.  It looks hilarious and I would love to see it.

I thought of you when I posted this...knowing your love for obscure expliotation from the 70's. It really is great fun! Sleazy and violent!

I got lucky about 10 years ago and found this at a flea market on a Video Gems vhs.

I have some 9 movie set with "bela meets a gorilla" on it.  it is the only decent movie of all of them including White pongo, the White Gorilla and 7 other jungle things with stock footage and racist stereotypes.

what's the fake jerry lewis guy doing i wonder "this island really makes ya feel full a pepsi"   :bouncegiggle: :bouncegiggle:

Interesting note - THE PSYCHOTRONIC VIDEO GUIDE says Duke Mitchell provided the singing voice for Barney Rubble!
