Title: Evil Doll (with White Dress) Cries Blood Tears

I remember this movie when I saw it in the 80's (I think).  It has a girl finding this old doll (eeeevil) and playing with it and makes her do evil things.  At the end, when they figure it's the doll doing all the evil mojo they throw it and it falls down and cries blood tears.

The little girl kind of looks like the girl form Witch Mountain.  Sorta.

Sounds like Cathy's Curse to me.  It comes in several of those 50 movie packs.
