1. Jawa Sand Crawler
(http://www.vegatransports.com.au/starwars/OTC/sandcrawler_side.jpg)
Of all the vehicles in the original Star Wars, this is the once that I thought was the most awesome when I first saw it back in '77.

50. Police Interceptor from THX1138
I almost went with the Interceptor, but opted instead for...
No.2 - Lord Humongous Doom Buggy - Sadly, despite being the ayatollah of rock 'n' roll, his Doom Buggy didn't fare too well later on when he decided to play chicken with Max in the
Road Warrior's classic finale.

#3. Dr. Loveless's Tarantula
(http://www.moviemaker.com/magazine/issues/33/images/cyber3.jpg)
One of the reasons I, a braindead, effects-loving kid, think Wild Wild West kicked ass :tongueout: . If only they used CGI for more stuff like this instead of stuff they could easily do with puppetry, I would be a happy camper
Many James Bond vehicles will undoubtedly pop up but I have to go with the one of the originals for now...
4.) Modified Aston Martin from Goldfinger

No.9 - AT-ST Walkers - My favorite Star Wars vehicles. Not as big as the AT-ATs, but I dig the way they move. :teddyr:

10.Frankenstien's funky Godzilla inspired ride from DEATHRACE 2000!!!!

12. Monster Man's monster truck
(http://www.dvdtalk.com/images/monserman1.jpg)
There have been a fair share of killer 18-wheelers, but to my knowledge, Brother Bob is the only psycho to go balls-out and drive hard and fast in a MONSTER truck!
13. Killer Klowns invisible car

# 15 Commando Cody's moon tank, as with his rocket this was the only picture I could find, I really wanted one of these as a boy, now I'm starting to feel ancient.

#17. The Giant Dolphin with Rabies Sub, from the sequel to that movie "Foam" (Actually from One Crazy Summer)
The details are a bit fuzzy now, but in one of it's most memorable scenes this prop from a movie-within-a-movie was used to help the good guys in a race near the end, by knocking the captain off a rival boat off and eating him

Ice Pirates into my brain. :teddyr:

Lol, a song so scary MARILYN MANSON covered it in his intro to "Cake and Sodomy"
27. Tank Girl's Tank
(http://www.craptasticvoyage.com/pictures/TG.JPG)
28. Zigesfeld's Saab
(http://imcdb.org/images/158/035.jpg)
As with my entry to the 100 Great Villains list, I chose the one most people wouldn't. I'm sure most would go for Michael Corben's red Lotus Esprit, but instead, the black Saab 900 Turbo driven by Zigesfeld is one of my favorite spy movie cars ever. It's array of gadgetry consists merely of (silenced) machine guns hidden behind a flip-down license plate. Simple yet effective; gets the job done without being too flashy (ironic considering its driver doesn't know the meaning of the word subtle).
29. The helicopter-submarine-tank from The Three Stooges in Orbit
(http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/8/89/Inorbitposter.jpg)
30. Zao's Jaguar XKR from Die another Day (Below image is just a toy replica)
Out of all the vehicles in the James Bond universe, this one is probably the most heavily-armed; Rockets in front, RPGs in back, gatling gun, twin forklift spikes like a functional version of Machine-Gun-Joe's bayonet designs... In addition, Zao has a green convertible, which just looks badass. All of it together, going all-out trying to blow the usual souped-up Aston Martin to bits makes for one of the best car-duels in the 007 canon. :teddyr:
(http://www.jamesbondmm.co.uk/vehicles/jaguar-xkr.php (http://www.jamesbondmm.co.uk/vehicles/jaguar-xkr.php), pictures here, too many to resize)
A lot of people didn't like DaD for being a bit too escapist, but in my opinion stuff like this deserves at least one film.

It was a modified Lincoln 1970 Mark III (done by George Barris,no less!)
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRvpnlVhcjc
RCMerchant that video scene was shot in ZION NATIONAL PARK.
The Dodge Challenger from VANISHING POINT (1971)...? (Here's obviously a behind-the-scenes shot):

I was waiting for some one to get to VANISHING POINT!!!! I was going to do it myself...! Karma!
No.41 - Stuntman Mike's Death Proof Stunt Car - An almost perfect follow up to the VP Challenger considering. "Hey, Pam, remember when I said this car was death proof? Well, that wasn't a lie. This car is 100% death proof. Only to get the benefit of it, honey, you REALLY need to be sitting in my seat." :teddyr:

KITT! (The old one, of course)

49. The Super-X (Godzilla 1985, Godzilla vs. Biollante, and Godzilla vs. Destoroyah)
Admittedly, I despise the fact that this machine killed Godzilla in it's first appearence, but hot-damn that's a cool arsenal! I'd love to see it up against the "Stealth" fighter!
50. Police Interceptor from THX1138

How about tom sawyer's car from LoXG?
Maybe centauri's car from the last starfighter, or the fighter from the movie? Come on, any ship that can do a "death blossom" is worth mentioning.
And let's not forget the battlestar galactica. For that matter I didn;t see a mention going to any of the enterprise starships...
Just remembered the most stunningly beautiful vehicle in movie history: The close encounters mothership.
