A fitting companion to DarkSider's heroes thread. You know the rules by now, so...
No.1 - Ilsa - Whether as the Wicked Warden, the She-Wolf of the SS, the Tigress of Siberia, or the Harem Keeper of the Oil Sheiks, Ilsa is not the type of woman you screw around with... unless she wants you to... but even then you're not likely to come out of the end credits in one piece. I thought at least one list should start with some representation for those forum members with a sexy pair of 'X' chromosomes.

Raymar (One Dark Night)
If anyone could give the tall man (Who should be added here himself eventually) a case of deja vu in the way of modus operandi, it would be Raymar from "One Dark Night".
However, there are some reasons I mention this psychic-vampire-zombie (Actually just a psychic, with the other categories being added as he grows evermore powerful) first, aside from his relative obscurity. He is even more eerily secretive, being confined to his coffin until the final 10 minutes. His powers are quite unique; though he cannot reanimate the dead, he can telekinetically move them around so they look sort of reanimated. This is helpful, as he can effectively steal a freaked-out person's lifeforce with only the power of his mind (As we can infer from the scary-ass beginning), or transfer his own with a touch. Adding to his wickedness he uses his formidable bag o' tricks all for seemingly nothing more than the obsessive increasement of his own power, which he would have achieved yet again (Which would have made him a psychic-vampire-zombie-possessor), if it weren't for a last minute intervention by his daughter. Though he dies messily, he goes with the same determined, frozen-on dignity as he lived his undead life with (See above pic).
If there is an idea that is underused in Hollywood, it's the psychic-vampire-zombie (And the parasite cat), and you know what, I've got mixed feelings about it. I think this ain't an idea that we should have a movie about every year, but if someone wanted to bring one of Raymar's kind back, it would be nice to see.

7. Papa Jupiter
(http://images.needcoffee.com/dvd/hills-have-eyes-1977-2.jpg)
Though the family in Wes Craven's The Hills Have Eyes is not quite as successful at "hunting game" as the one introduced in the earlier "Texas Chainsaw Massacre", they are certainly more raw and brutal, as every member of Jupiter's clan can hold their own in pitched combat, including the daughter, and, as we see in the sequel, the uncle. The nominated-patriarch is definitely no exception, as from the time he was a toddler he managed to bite the heads off several animals, kill his own mother, survive a blow to the face with a tire-iron, and eventually make it past abandonment to kidnap a hooker and raise a family of devil-children (The aforementioned psychotic family) all his own.

12. Mrs. Iselin (Angela Lansbury) THE MANCHURIAN CANDIDATE

What did he get for it? Decapitation and exploding boa constrictor intestines. Not to be stopped by something as pedantic as losing his body, his undead head would go on to have bat wings grafted to it, thus allowing him to fly around and continue menacing West in

Haven't seen that flick in 20 years...? Great movie I think the SCIFILM phorum helped me identify the title, obviously many years after I'd seen it (the clincher was the black chick with the toothbrush...strangely unforgettable.)
I saw
BELA LUGOSI in there as M. Legendre... but how about
BELA LUGOSI as Count
DRACULA (1931)?

23. Strack from Darkman.
Most would put Durant, who cuts off people's fingers with a cigar cutter, and admittedly while Durant is cool and does return for a sequel, he ultimately winds up just being a stooge to the real main villain of the movie, Strack, who despite his wimpy pencil-pusher appearance actually manages to put up a decent fight against Darkman, who is both super-strong and cannot feel pain. Those left and right hooks were pretty vicious, and I just love when he goes insane wielding that bolt gun. He's what Dick Jones in Robocop wished he was (yeah I said it; I await the wrath of Robocop fans)
For these reasons, as well as the fact he personally inspired a lot of my own fictional villain characters, I believe Strack to be a villain worthy of at least a passing mention in a 100 Best Villains list. Plus I just go for non-obvious choices. :teddyr:

29. Dr. Pretorius, BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN

"To a new world of gods and monsters!"
SPOILERS!!!! Psycho II is one film I would really, really not want someone to spoil for me, and unlike the original, not everyone knows this one's secrets!
30. Lila Loomis... in the first sequel to Psycho.
(No picture, may be a good thing)
Though she is very sympathetic compared to her sister in the original Psycho, in the underrated Psycho II, she is absolutely detestable, and spends the film shocking a very sympathetic and nearly cured Norman Bates back into his old ways, because she is still sore about what he did those years before, and wants him locked back up...
No, she couldn't bother just trying to kill him, she has to plunge him back into his hellish delusions, indirectly killing her own daughter (the new love of Norman's life, all the worse), and thankfully, herself in the process. She sure as hell ain't awesome, but as a villain she really works :hatred:
Mr. B,
The dedication to not wanting to spoil the movie is apprecaited. But you forgot to mention which movie you weren't spoiling. So I had to read the spoiler to see if I had seen the movie or not. Fortunately I had. :teddyr:

For a second I thought that was the evil turkey from Thankskilling....
Can we get an honorable mention for....The Zuni Doll (Triolgy of Terror). That SOB is relentless, like a little wooden tasmainian devil...with a little knife. I'm figuring that it would take 1076 stabs to get a kill, so it's like he tourtures the crap out of his victims before they die!
Major Arnold Toht from Indiana Jones and The Raiders of the Lost Ark.
