And yet the guy is physically fit and healthy after decades of this. That's probably the most surprising thing. I suppose if he's active, one Big Mac a day, in addition to an otherwise balanced diet, is not going to hurt him.
I did get a kick out of his mother's dying request that he not eat one that day.
