this is a predictable but still harrowing horror movie. Definately a "we're not out of the woods yet" scenerio. Henry Paulson and Ben bernanke are great as the clueless officials consigned with the impossible task of absorbing trillions of dollars of debt with about 50 billion in reserves.

category: extreme gore, but with a touch of absurdity a la "Lord Love a Duck"
My review of The Stock Market (2008): :thumbdown:. My 401(k) was scared by this, but I yawned through it. I think it's a pale imitation of the harrowing 1929 original, and a lot more much ado about nothing, like the now forgotten 1987 "remake".
I can never figure out why the reporters on the floor of the exchange have to yell all the time. Guys broadcasting football games amongst thousands of screaming fans don't have to yell. It's damned annoying.
