In a strange post-apocalyptic world there is Cafe Flesh.  Part cabaret, part insane asylum, Cafe Flesh (http://cosmic-cinema.blogspot.com/2008/10/cafe-flesh.html) makes Caligula look like Bambi.

A classic.

The sequels are just as weird and silly.
