Apparently, though, this is a pastime in England; of which I was not aware.

I had little interest of going to England until just shortly after reading that...

What's funny is that he stayed in the water for an hour, and that the Emperor was apparently in the building, but wouldn't have looked out the window.

Also apparently the Japanese are big on anonymity because of protocol...

I'd like to build a moat around my house but unfortunately it isn't practical.   :bluesad:
