... is clearly, Isle of the Damned, directed by Antonello Giallo circa 1980. The dubbing is so bad, theres an african-american voice for the caucasion lead, and the stereotypical mexican voice for the only african american in the movie.
It'll be showing in DC on December 9th thanks to the Washington Psychotronic Film society, so anyone in the area should stop in and check it out. More info is up on www.direwitfilms.com.
For me it was Cannibal Ferrox. I didn't even watch the entire thing, only because I'd already seen Cannibal Holocaust, and I just thought that this was the exact same film all over again, which I wasn't interested in seeing.

Cannibal Ferox for sure, on par with Cannibal Holocaust. Once you've seen one extreme cannibal film, you've seen 'em all.
