Title: Chuck Norris film starring the word EXPEDIENCE

HELP! I'm trying to figure out the name of a Chuck Norris film I saw many moons ago,in which Mr. Norris is told about the word expedience and, if i remember correctly it is used excessively throughout....please lemme know,thanks

I don't know myself, but if no-one else knows, your best bet is to trawl through Chuck's films and check out the quotes:
