I can't believe no one ever told me something like this was out there!

The 'Wookiepedia' has been around for over three years. .
Yeah, Wookiepedia! Awesome! Man, it's never been a better time to be a film and book geek!
Actually there are a whole bunch of series wikis, there was once a Phantasm wiki that I helped to maintain, but we didn't have enough information to keep it afloat. :bluesad:
The only problem I've ever had with LoTR (great books, great films) is that I wish some people would stop referring to J R R Tolkien as a British writer.
The man was born in Bloemfontein, South Africa for crying out loud ~ how British can you be if you were born there?

You didn't miss a lot, Will. We had a page on Reggie, Tommy (1st victim), the Lavender Lady, and that was about it. :P

Funny you should mention that one as I just found that site yesterday when my 7 y/o son and I were debating Yoda's age. I hate to admit it but he was closer with 1000 years old vs. my 400 y/o. It is scary to see your child become more obsessed with something then you were. He spent the entire summer in the basement watching all six start wars.
As a big Tolkein fan the LOTR wiki looks very good.

Just to clear things up, so there is no confusion. So was Basil Rathbone. In Johannesburg. And Olivia de Havilland was born in Tokyo, Japan, but that doesn't make her Japanese. It is not so much where you were born, but the nationalities of your parents, when you were born, that determines your nationality.
