Title: Movie about a guy with the job of cleaning a grocery store at night

I believe this is from the late 80s or early 90s.  The guy who had the job cleaning the grocery store was like a teenager or in his 20s.  He would mess around and stuff and listen to music and he brought a girl to work once too that he was getting to know.

I saw it on TV a long time ago and don't know what it was called.
