I must admit that I've never heard of this fellow before.

I was reading about this earlier. He looks a bit better than Tennant for starters, hasn't got annoying, crazy bug-eyes. I say good luck to the lad, but he is in desperate need of a scarf.
Dr. Who should not be 26 years old. I won't be watching any more of the new series. It sucked horribly anyway.

I agree it has sucked with a few episiodes being quite good but it has including a few have been crap either carrying a religious or anti science message or anti progressive.
Wont be long till the doctor dies. I still don't believe that s**t USA Dr who film counted as the 8th doctor. It was s**t, it could not even keep to the mythology of the series. The TARDIS has a black hole wait no that was how the time lords developed the energy resources to travel space and time.... Seriously WTF.... The film made little sense.
Lets see if they stick with the orginal stuff then 14 regenerations and the doctor dies well he has the weird stage between his last regen and death. I wonder how they will get round that. 1-7 the doctors stayed for years yet the new series seems to loss the doctor every 1-2 series.
The new guy looks like he's been created by Jim Henson's Workshop.
I don't like Doctor Who.
Yet, I have all the DVDs of the current series and I never miss an ep.
Weird.
Oh, the TARDIS is cool. That's probably why...
