Title: SLIME CITY
Post by: CheezeFlixz on January 16, 2009, 01:41:10 AM
Have you seen it? I just watched it again after a long, long time. So painfully cheap, poorly acted and man them special effects are fantastic.

There is already about 100 reviews out there for this CLASSIC so I won't bore you with another one, but highly recommended.

Iheard about this one a month or 2 ago, been wanting to see it since! Too bad the trailer gave away the ending!

Looks stupid and gruesome!  I'm gonna have to buy a copy 'cause the DVD is dirt cheap through eBay or Amazon sellers.

It's still worth watching, it's wall to wall stupid and the DVD has quite a few extras on it.

It's been quite some since I've seen this one, but I do remember it being close to unwatchable. It does have one of the "stars" of Shock Shock Shock! in a small role though I'm not sure if that's a good thing or not.

Cool movie.

I love the Videodrome-esque stomach orifice scene, the use of one woman playing two opposite roles, the black and white dream sequences with crooked picture frames laying everywhere, the "brilliant" dialogue ("You're hurting me."  "No. I'm killing you."), and, of course, all that SLIME!!!
