I'm very curious about this kind of thing. I never seen or heard of any B-movies that were animated before. Are there any movies like this out there, and if there is, what are they?
Oh yeah, I'm curious in movies that are completely animated, not movies like Who Framed Roger Rabbit. Just to keep that in mind.
Well... I make some...

But as for non-amateur B-Movies, I'm not sure. Probably there's multiple low budget animated films existing; or are you looking for a specific genre?

Not really, I just want to see what's out there.
Fritz The Cat (1972), Wizards (1977) by Ralph Bakshi & Heavy Metal (1981)
back in the 60s A.I.P. used to import animated features from Aisa and redub them in English with new story lines using the likes of Frankie Avalon, Sterling Holloway, and Arnold Stang to record new the new dialogue.
ALAKAZAM THE GREAT was probably the most well-known example.

The animation looks just like those awful A.I.P. Sinbad, Jr. shorts. Maybe they came from Japan, too.

I'd offer up "Fantastic Planet". It is great, but it plays out like some weird B-movie.
Although this isn't a movie, I think Thundarr The Barbarian has an awesome B-Movie plot line in every episode.
A lot of Japanese anime movies would rate as B-movies. MD Geist, for example. Awful film, but certainly a B-type film.
The MAN CALLED FLINSTONE (1966)
A take off on OUR MAN FLINT...which was a riff on the BOND films...!

This was a X-Max classic fer me as a kid...
MR.MAGOO's CHRISTMAS CAROL (1962)

Although it's under an hour long, would "The Flintstones Meet Rockula And Frankenstone" count?
http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0193166/ (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0193166/)
The 1980s 5 part cartoons like the GI Joe and the GI Joe: the Movie, probably wouldn't be counted. However, they just are B-movie enough if Sgt. Slaughter is a voice actor...
DAM!!! I nearly fergot!!! THE CLASSIC! The one! The only!!!! THE BEST!!!!!!
MAD MONSTER PARTY!!!!!! (lotsa exclamation points on this one! )
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-5fe7D14Jp8
It's a blast from the past, man!!!! Can you dig it?!
I'm a big animation fan and you've really opened a can of worms here.
The Ralph Bakshi stuff will make most people scratch their heads, the Hanna Barunbearable stuff confirms that crappy cartoons are as old as cartoons, but if you want some more obscure jaw droppers try:
"Light Years" for unusually good or "Rock and Rule" for stunningly bad.
Raggedy Ann & Andy: A Musical Adventure (1977)
great stuff .. some of the songs are abit much and will torture you for days after and for any of us that seen this movie when we were kids will remember how it creeped ya out ....
also check out .. the pagemaster

True... but it isn't completely hundred percent animation.
By the way, how did you come up with Cool World? Most recently, the Nostalgia Critic mention the movie in one of his videos. Did you perhaps see it? That's how I know of it.

Yep.
:teddyr:
Well, I can think of a couple.
"BC Rock" naughty, weird movie about cavemen and a horny rabbit
"Down and Dirty Duck" which is connected to Flo and Eddie, who are connected with Frank Zappa, and it's about a talking duck trying to be a guy laid. Wish I could find this one on DVD. It was funny.
