What it the name of this movie. Its about a demon girl comes from hell with her Dog falls in love with a normal man.

Definitely dark angel the ascent--I have this movie (visit my site;-)). However there was another
80's movie with a similar theme, perhaps it was DEMON LOVER

You're thinking of "My Demon Lover" with Scott Valentine. That had a girl falling in love with a guy that turned into a demon whenever he was sexually aroused. Goofy, but fun, 80's flick. Here's my review of it. (http://www.bmoviefilmvault.com/capsule_reviews/my_demon_lover.html)
